The MOM series started on social media, sharing my thoughts on maintaining an outdoors, adventurous and fieldsports oriented life as a Mum.

My hope is this helps other Mums who may be struggling with a loss of self, trying to find the confidence to either tackle activities they once didn’t think twice about or to give them a go for the first time - whether that’s getting out shooting or fishing, or daring to hike up mountains.
